I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with rooms that were very clean, comfortable, and even exceeded my expectations. The location was superb, offering easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. However, the dining experience could use some improvement to offer more variety and attentive service.
The rooms were spacious enough to be termed a suite, with a large bathroom/wet room and walk-in wardrobe, but the view was disappointing as it overlooked a dirty brick building, not the best value for money. The service was a highlight, with staff going above and beyond to assist and make up for any shortcomings. The location was fantastic, right across the street from Hyde Park, offering a perfect starting point for sightseeing. The dining experience was excellent despite some issues with food temperature in the Indian cuisine. Overall, a mixed experience with the hotel having its highs and lows.

The location is golden, perfect for exploring tourist areas like Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. The dining options were good, although a bit on the expensive side. Overall, a wonderful stay with some minor areas to improve.
